  • each class offers postures and mindful movement relevant for pelvic and lower back issues,
  • breathing techniques to help you stop leaking urine, and work with the pelvic floor (not against it)
  • relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system and manage pain,
  • information from pelvic health physiotherapists on what they do and what to expect on a visit to them,
